A one hour psychotherapy session to focus on your emotional, psychological, social, relational, and/or spiritual needs/concerns. Cost varies depending on cash pay or insurance. Some clients pay zero dollars out of pocket depending on insurance coverage. A 30 minute or mentoring session for ages 10-17. These sessions focus on real-life application of skills through guidance, modeling, and consistent support. I created this option within my practice to help address the youth mental health crisis and make therapeutic support more accessible and affordable for families (This is NOT therapy).
